Eisteddfod Competition

This year the class rounds for the Eisteddfod competition will take place on the 23rd January. Please see some suggestions for poems that your child might like to learn. . Pupils choose a poem or nursery rhyme appropriate for their year group - often performed with actions or props - and we build up to a final event. Last year we also welcomed musical performances and singing, which added a wonderful new dimension. The final will then be held on Thursday 5th March at Cox Green School. 

As we start our Art work please could you send an old T-shirt, Shirt or Apron in to protect your child's school clothes. 

Our PE days will be Monday and Wednesday. Please ensure PE kit is worn into school on these days and your child brings in a named water bottle.
