English Update – This Week’s Learning

This week, we completed our instruction booklets all about planting and growing sunflowers. After all our hard work, we’ve become sunflower experts—so if you have any questions, just ask! We ended the week by proudly sharing our booklets with our friends.

Maths Update – Telling the Time

This week, we completed our learning on telling the time. We’ve all become so confident that we can now remind Mrs D when it’s break time, lunchtime, and even home time! We've been putting our new skills to good use—and have been very helpful keeping Mrs D on schedule!

Geography Update – Exploring Madagascar

This week, we explored the island of Madagascar on our virtual map—and then brought our learning to life with a trip to Beale Park! There, we were thrilled to see ring‑tailed lemurs up close, the very animals native to Madagascar. We also met creatures from other regions—including species from right here in the UK—which helped us compare and contrast life on Madagascar with life at home. It was a fantastic way to see geography in action!
